DreamsMoments is an automated web platform that enables customers to customize digital invitation cards, wedding cards, ring ceremony cards, store inauguration announcements, and business visiting cards. Products delivered are high-resolution digital files (PDF / PNG / MP4 video) meant for online sharing or local printing.

Customers can edit text fonts, colors, and line details for free in live canvas preview mode. Watermark removal and access to pristine 300 DPI vector PDF & PNG export require a micro-transaction (e.g. ₹99 per design unlock). All prices are specified inclusive of digital service charges.

All card layouts, background graphics, custom borders, typography arrangements, and code architecture remain the exclusive intellectual property of DreamsMoments Studio. Purchase of a design unlock grants you a limited, non-exclusive license for personal event invitation distribution or business card usage. Re-selling raw design templates or extracting vector assets for commercial template resale is strictly prohibited.

You retain full ownership of any personal text, names, quotes, and photos you input or upload into the editor. You are solely responsible for ensuring that all spelling, dates, phone numbers, and event addresses entered on your card canvas are accurate before finalizing payment and downloading.

Payments are processed through secure payment partners supporting UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM) and credit/debit cards. DreamsMoments does not store your bank credentials or card numbers on our servers.

We strive to maintain 99.9% platform uptime. However, DreamsMoments shall not be held liable for temporary server maintenance, internet connectivity delays, or minor user-side typographical errors on downloaded cards. Maximum liability is strictly capped at the amount paid by the user for the specific transaction.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. DreamsMoments reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions as necessary. Continued use of the platform constitutes agreement to the updated terms.
